A careful analysis of the running conditions of the small shaft and the roller will reveal that the exposed gap in the roller cavity and the lateral swimming clearance between the small shaft and the roller are large, and flying flowers and impurities are easy to enter. Among them, stagnation occurs in the operation of the roller, and the wear of the roller is accelerated.

Due to the inflexible operation of the roller, the normal operation of the stripper and the dust blocking plate connected to the stripper is seriously affected. The lower wiper blade is blocked from running back and forth, and the lower cleaning fleece is easily damaged, which accelerates the wear of the lower wiper blade, and it is not easy for the lower wiper blade to strip cotton in time; meanwhile, the shaking of the dust blocking plate causes dust to fly to others when blowing. Direction, without being completely sucked by the suction point on the countertop, and the cleaning of the workshop is affected. The small shaft and roller are an inseparable whole.

When replacing, the small shaft and roller are not interchangeable, the replacement amount is large, and the machine material consumption is high. Because the roller is made of nylon and has a large proportion of the cavity, its deformation is large when it is stopped, which will also hinder the roller operation. In response to the existing problems, the company has made the following improvements to the roller: the original fixed roller end rivet of the small shaft was changed to a screw with a length of 5 mm and a diameter of 4 mm; the length of the roller shaft segment was changed to 6 mm with a diameter of 5 mm;

the other fixed end of the small shaft is changed to a screw with a length of 8 mm and a diameter of 4 mm; two 685 closed bearings are used to replace the original nylon rollers, and an elastic rubber ring with a thickness of 0.5 mm is wrapped on the outer ring of the bearing. In order to strengthen its wear resistance; 2 M4 nuts respectively fix 2 bearings and rollers. The improved roller moves freely in its track and has a long working life.
